Monitoring - We are experiencing some issues product matches across all idealo domains. We’ve identified the cause of this as a recent change to idealo's webpages layout.
We’ve implemented a fix which should return the match rates to normal levels. But to make sure everything works properly, we are monitoring the situation carefully.

Investigating - We are experiencing increased product match rate drops across all idealo domains starting from 10/05/2024 at 10am.
We are investigating the cause of this and will inform you as we learn more.
